Summer time is in full swing. Don’t know about you, but I’m sitting by the pool enjoying the sunshine and sipping a delicious cocktail I created for @filthyfoods called a Filthy Pool Water. Yum. For a Punch Bowl: Serves approx. 18-20 drinks Ingredients: -12oz your favorite vodka -9oz Aperol -24oz Filthy Paloma Mix -12oz sparkling Rose -Sparkling water, we used Topo Chico -Grilled Grapefruit, lemons, limes and mint for garnish Method: FOR THE PUNCH BOWL 1) Add the vodka, Aperol, Filthy Paloma Mix. Stir 2) Fill punch bowl with ice. 3) Add the Rose and sparkling water. 4) Top with grilled grapefruit slices, lemons, limes, and mint. TO SERVE 1) Ladle punch into glass. 2) Garnish with grilled grapefruit wedge and mint.
